When will THE SALE GO LIVE?
Our Black Friday Sale will go live early for VIP subscribers at 7pm AEDT on Friday 22nd November. The website will be closed to the public from 7pm 23rd November until 8am AEDT 24th November.
What WILL BE ON SALE?
Everything will be on sale, except Gift Cards. Yes, you read that right - 50% OFF EVERY SINGLE ITEM, including our stunning secret new arrivals. This is your chance to snag your ALULU favourites before they're gone.
WILL PROMO CODES BE VALID DURING THE SALE?
No, promo codes will not be valid during the sale. With 50% OFF EVERYTHING, you're already getting our best deal ever -- no additional codes are needed!
HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
We're expecting a huge volume of orders during our Black Friday Sale, so please allow up to 15 days for your order to be processed. If you need urgent shipping, contact us to request a priority dispatch, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link via email to monitor delivery. Thank you for your patience!
WHAT IF I'VE ALREADY ORDERED AND MISSED OUT ON THE SALE?
We know missing out on a big sale can be disappointing, buy unfortunately, orders placed before the sale are not eligible for discounts. Don't worry, though -- there are still plenty of incredible deals waiting for you!
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?
Once your order is placed, it's processed quickly to ensure fast shipping during the sale. For this reason, we're unable to make changes or combine orders after checkout. Double-check your cart before completing your purchase!
HOW LONG WILL THE SALE RUN FOR?
The sale will run untilmidnight AEDT on Monday or until stock runs out -- whichever comes first. With limited stock, we recommend shopping as early as possible to secure your favourites!
WILL I BE ABLE TO RETURN ITEMS FROM THE SALE?
Yes, you can return items purchased during the sale, but only for store credit. No refunds will be issued unless the iitem is faulty. Please note that return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
