Answers to some commonly asked Black Friday Sale questions.

Q: When does sale launch?

A: 6:30am AEDT Sunday 29th October.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: Purchases made during our Black Friday Sale period may be returned with 14 days for store credit, which is valid for 3 years. Black Friday Sale purchases are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Q: Can I combine multiple orders or add additional items to my order once it has been placed?

A: Please reach out to our team at hello@alulu.com.au if you need to make changes to your order, and if the order hasn't yet dispatched we can assist.

Q: Why is the sale item that I had in my shopping cart yesterday no longer on sale today?

A: If the item has disappeared from your cart, it means it has unfortunately sold out.

Q: Is AfterPay available?

A: Yes we do offer AfterPay! You will be offered this option as you proceed through to the payment options at checkout.

Q: I purchased a pre-order, can I cancel my preorder and purchase in the sale instead?

A: Unfortunately already purchased pre-orders cannot be refunded as the stock has already been allocated.
