With ALULU you can be assured we pride ourselves on high-quality, beautiful products. We work hard to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

We get that shopping online can sometimes be tricky, especially when it comes to finding the right fit. That's why we've spent a lot of time working on our size chart to help you find the perfect fit.

But, in the event that you are not completely happy with your purchase or there are problems with the fit, ALULU provides a very flexible returns and exchange policy. 

  • Full Price items are eligible for full refunds & exchanges. You must notify us of your intent to return the item within 48 hours from the date the merchandise is deemed to have been delivered to you. The item must be received by ALULU within a following 5 working days from the date you notified ALULU of your intent to return. 
  • 'Flash' SALE items and end of season sale items can be returned for a change of size or style or a credit note can be issued however no refunds will be available on sale purchases.

    In order to issue a return or exchange the following requirements must be met:

    • Item/s must be in the original condition.
    • Item/s must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
    • All labels and tags have not been removed and are intact, including hygiene seal.
    • You must notify us of your intent to return the item within 48 hours from the date the merchandise is deemed to have been delivered to you. 
    • We must receive the item/s into our warehouse within 5 business days from the date you notified ALULU of your intent to return. 

      If you wish to exchange your item please email us at hello@alulu.com.au. Please provide your order number, name and details (phone and postal address) so we can assist you promptly.

      Please note you are responsible for all costs (including shipping) associated with sending the item/s you wish to exchange back to our warehouse. ALULU will pay for shipping for the replacement item.

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      If you do need to organise a return, be sure to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the items.
