Return and Exchange

We’re confident you’ll love your ALULU Swimwear, but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right. To ensure quality and hygiene are upheld, we offer a thoughtful returns policy for eligible items.

1. Returns Overview

  • We accept returns for a refund, store credit, or exchange for most full-priced items, provided they meet our return conditions. To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal.
  • Full-Priced Items: Eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.
  • Sale Items: Eligible for store credit only. No refunds or exchanges.
  • Final Sale Items: All purchases are final. No returns, exchanges, or store credit.
  • Preorder Items: Eligible for store credit or exchange only. No refunds, as these items are secured in advance.

2. Warehouse Sale Terms & Conditions

Our Warehouse Sale starts at 7pm AEDT 2nd February 2025 and offers exclusive, limited-time pricing:

  • One-Pieces: $50 (RRP $210-$240)
  • Bikini Separates: $25 each (RRP $125-$135)

🚨 FINAL SALE – NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO STORE CREDIT. 🚨

  • All Warehouse Sale items are Final Sale. We cannot accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference.
  • The only exception is faulty items. If you receive an item with a fault, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order at support@alulu.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. If deemed faulty, we will arrange a replacement (if available) or a refund.
  • Warehouse Sale discounts apply automatically at checkout. Items added to your cart before the sale starts will update to the Warehouse Sale price once the sale goes live.

🚀 Stock is extremely limited, and once sold out, these styles will not be restocked!

3. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and hygiene stickers intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or invoice) must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimwear missing hygiene stickers.
  • Hair accessories (e.g., scrunchies, headbands).
  • Items purchased in our Warehouse Sale from 2nd February 2025 7pm, which are Final Sale.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds must be processed to the original payment method.
  • Sale items are only eligible for store credit, not refunds.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
