Dispatch Time
Standard Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch your orders within 1 to 3 days after receiving them in our system. However, during periods of high order volume, it may take up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped from ALULU HQ. We appreciate your patience as we diligently pack your orders. All orders are shipped from Murwillumbah, NSW.
Please note that all orders are final, and we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been dispatched, including cancellations.
We offer shipping protection to ensure that you receive your parcel securely. We highly recommend purchasing shipping protection during the checkout process. This service guarantees that you'll receive your order even if it goes missing, gets damaged, or is stolen during transit.
By deselecting shipping protection at checkout, you agree that Alulu Swimwear is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items during the delivery journey.

- $12 Flat Rate Express Shipping for all orders.
- Delivery in 1-3 business days. Please allow a little extra time during sale periods.
- AU$20 Flat Rate Shipping for all orders

- All orders are shipped internationally from NSW, Australia, via DHL, Seko Logistics, or FedEx International. We will choose the fastest option available for your destination.
- Flat AU$30 shipping rate (Excluding import/customs charges - please see below)
- Any Duties and Taxes payable on International Orders are the responsibility of the recipient and ALULU has no control over import fees.
- Signature upon delivery is required
- Delivery in 7 - 15 business days. Please allow a little extra time during sale periods.
- Customs & Duties. All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes on orders outside of Australia. ALULU is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.
International orders are subject to the duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. It's important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order. Any delays paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order.

We do not offer refunds for international orders.
Customers who refuse to pay customs fees will not receive a refund. If a customer refuses to pay the customs fees, they are responsible for the parcel being either destroyed by the carrier or returned to us. In either case, the customer will not receive a refund. We can offer a store credit for the order minus the tax fees for the return.
