Shipping & Dispatch Time

Processing Times

  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of being placed. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
  • For any items marked as "Preorder," please refer to the estimated shipping date specified on the product page.

Delivery Times

  • Australia: Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location.
  • New Zealand: Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.
  • Rest of World: Delivery times vary based on your location but generally range between 7-14 business days.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

  • Australia: Free standard shipping for orders over $150. A flat rate of $10 applies for orders under $150. A flat rate of $12 applies for express post orders. 
  • New Zealand: Flat rate of $15.
  • Rest of World: Flat rate of $25.

Returns Processing Time

Once your return is received at our warehouse, we aim to process your request within 3-5 business days. Refunds, store credits, or exchanges will be actioned after this period, and confirmation will be sent via email.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our team at hello@alulu.com.au.

  • Customs and duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If your parcel is delayed, please allow a few extra days as unforeseen courier delays can occur. Contact us if further assistance is required.

Duties and Tax

International orders are subject to the duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. It's important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order. Any delays paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order. 

Please remember the following information:

Customers who refuse to pay customs fees will not receive a refund. If a customer refuses to pay the customs fees, they are responsible for the parcel being either destroyed by the carrier or returned to us. In either case, the customer will not receive a refund. We can offer a store credit for the order minus the tax fees for the return.
