All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes on orders outside of Australia. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. Returns
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase! If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Full priced items may be returned to us for a refund, exchange, or store credit, and pre-order items may be returned to us for exchange or store credit, provided it adheres to the following conditions. Any Sitewide Flash Sale purchases may be returned for store credit only. No refunds or exchanges for sale purchases with a discount of 20% or more.
- Swimwear is to be tried on wearing undergarments and the protective hygiene sticker must remain intact. Returns will not be accepted if the sticker has been removed or altered.
- Please note you must be in contact with us and have shipped the item/s back to one of our stores within 14 days of receiving your online order.
- If you pay via your PayPal account PayPal may be able to refund your return shipping costs. For more information click here.
- Further instructions will be given once your return has been approved via our Returns Portal.
- Full priced items may be returned for a Full Refund, Instant Exchange or Store Credit.
- A $10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover any shipping, handling expenses, packaging and processing fees. You will also be required to return the item/s at your own cost.

- Towel Inclusion: Orders totaling $199 or more may include a complimentary towel.
- Refund and Towel Return: In the event that you request a refund for an order that included a Towel, you are required to return the Towel in its original condition along with the rest of the items from the order.
- Failure to Return Towel: If you fail to return the Towel, we reserve the right to deduct the retail price of the Towel, valued at $119, from your refund amount.
- Pre-Order Items may be returned for an Instant Exchange or Store Credit.

ALULU takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by ALULU.

Each garment is carefully checked by ALULU's packing team prior to dispatch. However, in the rare event you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with an image of the fault and the corresponding order number to hello@alulu.com.au. Our team will then review the information and address any issues accordingly. Claims for items purchased three months or more prior are considered outside the faulty claims period and will be processed at ALULU's discretion. For faulty items we offer repair, replacement or full refund at ALULUs discretion. Items damaged through wear and tear, accident or misuse with not be categorised as faulty. If at any stage ALULU assess the return as unsuccessful the item will be returned to the customer. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Pre-order Policy
Pre-orders at ALULU offer you the opportunity to secure an item you desire before its official release. Pre-order items are dispatched just prior to the release date to ensure swift delivery as soon as the product becomes available.
Store Credit Only: Pre-orders made on ALULU may be canceled, and in such cases, store credit will be issued for the amount paid.
A pre-order involves reserving an item that has not yet been released. Despite the item not being immediately available, a specific allocation of stock is set aside for purchase.
Prior to placing a pre-order, it is your responsibility to read and comprehend the following information.
By pre-ordering an item from ALULU, you reserve it exclusively for yourself, and we initiate the order with the manufacturer. The payment for your pre-order is processed at the time of order placement, facilitating the production of your selected item. Any item with a future ship date or release date is classified as a pre-order.
Please be aware that the arrival of pre-ordered items is beyond our control due to sometimes unpredictable freight and production times. While we offer estimates, actual arrival dates may vary. There could be instances where an item arrives either a few weeks earlier or later than projected.
